Summary of Specifications:
The respondent will be the employer and provide staff to work longer term or on time/funding delimited programs and projects. Based on requirements and qualifications provided by the Department, the vendor will provide qualified candidates from which the Department Director and/or their designee(s) may select staff. 

Attachments A-C are provided by the various Departments to illustrate the current position descriptions and cost details.
