Summary of Specifications:
To establish a list of qualified respondents to provide underwriting services (including serving as senior manager, co-senior manager, or co-manager) in the negotiated sale or refunding of various debt obligations (for example, bonds, notes, certificates of participation, etc.) issued by the County or by its authorities. 

There are three(3) response deadlines. The first is Monday, August 20, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. Local time. The Second is Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. Local time. The Third and last is Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Local time. 

The list will expire on October 1, 2015, regardless of the date of placement on the List.
