Additional Bidding Instructions

Bid proposals are to include a monthly rental fee and usage fee on a per print basis for black/white prints (including faxes), and per print basis for color prints. All maintenance and toner are to be included in the per print fee. All invoices are to be quarterly and due in 30 days from the date of the invoice. If there is any conflict between the website terms and the RFP, the RFP shall be considered authoritative.
