Summary of Specifications:
The Authority requires a qualified and licensed contractor with significant elevator and escalator maintenance experience, and the ability to supply new and retro-fit units, to provide Full Coverage maintenance services in Cobo Center. The selected bidder will be responsible for providing labor and parts for executing repairs required to maintain acceptable equipment condition and reliable performance. In addition, the selected bidder will be designated as the source of supply for future equipment modernization and turn-key replacement work for escalators.
