Description

Detroit Transportation Corporation (“DTC”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct the annual audit of DTC’s financial statements and determine compliance with various accounting, federal, and state standards and requirements.

Proposer shall continuously provide guidance on current and new accounting principles and above mentioned requirements.

The contract will commence upon award for the first audit year (2023) and the full term will be for a period of two (2) audit years, with one (1) additional two (2) audit year renewal option at the sole discretion of DTC. The maximum audit years will be for the years ending June 30, 2023 through June 30, 2026.
