Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposers must submit a proposal deposit valid for at least 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days, in the form of a Proposal bond or cashier’s check in lieu of a Proposal bond for 5% of the proposal submission. Checks are to be made payable to the BOARD OF WATER COMMISIONERS. The amount of each respondents Proposal deposit will be returned to all unsuccessful respondents and the successful respondent upon contract award or rejection of proposals.
