Summary of Specifications:
To provide meter verification support by reviewing and analyzing meter field testing (dye tests) performed by others and analyze and prepare the data for Flow Metering Task Force (FMTF) committee review. The goal of this new project is to maintain high quality wastewater flow information, provide equity in billing for all customers, and continue to incorporate customers n data review and validation process.
