The City of Detroit, a Michigan municipal corporation, acting by and through its Water and Sewerage Department ("DWSD"), is issuing this Request for Proposal for professional engineering services from qualified firms or project teams to provide engineering/design services on water and sewer Capital Improvement Projects. DWSD requests written Proposals from qualified firms for a variety of water and sewer design tasks including, but not limited to, civil, structural, architectural, geotechnical, hydraulics, GIS, and other services as identified in the individual Task Orders.
