Summary of Specifications:
The project aims to design and implement a solution that will result in 100% disinfection of wet weather flow discharged from Detroit Wastewater Treatment Plant. In general, the Design-Builder shall be responsible for providing all design and construction services necessary to provide, in accordance with all relevant standards and codes, the following: (1) a fully functional and complete disinfection system, (2) flow monitoring system at RRO conduit, and (3) functional hydraulic gates.
