522854 / DWS-966 - RFI for SEWER CONDITION ASSESSMENT, HYDRAULIC MODELING, ENGINEERING and DESIGN

This request is for information only to assist the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (“DWSD”), a City of Detroit municipal corporation, in determining how best to execute Sewer Condition Assessment, Sewer Flow Monitoring, Hydraulic Modeling, Condition Assessment Data Analysis and Planning-level Sewer System CIP Development, and Engineering/Design services described herein. 
The purpose of this RFI is to assist DWSD in determining if there are firms or teams of firms that have the qualifications, ability, and interest in providing a group of services that have historically been procured by DWSD as separate services.
