DWSD is requesting bids that will provide services and materials for removing, cleaning, installing, and maintaining sewer meter installations for a one-year period. The purpose is to continue the efforts of a Detroit system-wide flow monitoring plan to refine calibration of the all-pipe sewer model of Detroit, provide data collection for condition assessments. This data allows calibration of certain areas of the model, where major flows are not currently being monitored.
