2023-009 - CRISIS CONTINUUM OF CARE

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of Crisis Continuum Care Services Care services for Adults, Children and Families.  Services will include Mobile Intensive Crisis Stabilization (ICSS), Pre-Admission Review and Assessment (PAR), Expansion of Crisis Residential Units (CRU), Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). The intent is to connect all of these services into one continuum to create an organized framework of services for children, youth, families and adults to access when in crisis. This model will include service to individuals with mental health disorders or individuals with Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED) Intellectual and or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Please note that a proposer can enter a bid for children or adult services or both populations and all disability designations noted above. The proposer should make clear which services they intend to deliver when entering their proposal for Crisis Continuum Care of Services.
