2023-008 - Children Behavioral Health Expansion

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for children, youth, and families with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED) ages 0 to 21st birthday:  Targeted Case Management, Outpatient Therapy, Home Based Therapy (Ages 0 to 3, Ages 4-6, Ages 7 to 21), Wrap Around / SED Waiver, and Psychiatric Services. Also, for children, youth, and families with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) ages 0 to 21: Supports Coordination, Outpatient Therapy, Home Based Therapy (Ages 0 to 3, Ages 4-6, Ages 7 to 21), Wrap Around, Psychiatric Services, Children’s Waiver.      *Note: “Certain programs and sites require the PIHP to request specific approval by MDHHS prior to service delivery. Programs must be approved and certified by MDHHS prior to service provision in order to be reported as a Medicaid cost” (According to the Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual Section 1.5)
