These capital improvements will consist of third-party material testing for the DWSD East Yard concrete floor and the new employee surface parking lot of the Central Services Facility at 6425 Huber St., Detroit, Michigan 48226.
The East Yard area at Central Services Facility is 62,000 SF and has suffered both structural and cosmetic damage to the floor slab. The new surface parking lot will be 5 acres and located at the east side of the Central Services Facility. The areas of concern are documented in the attached Bid Pack and Scope of Work.
