2020-001 - MPD CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS 2016-17: FORD UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE

The DBA is soliciting the submission of Bid Proposals using the forms provided in the Bid Documents for the Repair and Preventative Maintenance of the Ford Underground Market Parking Garage (the “Project”).
It is the intent of the DBA to:
1. Secure statements of qualifications and proposals certifying the Proposing Entity’s qualifications, experience, proven expert capability, capacity and commitment to provide and make available key personnel, and proposed competitive fees; and
2. Select and contract with the selected Bidder to perform and complete the Project in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFB.

Submitting a Proposal
All Statements of qualifications and proposals in the Bid are required to be prepared and submitted in strict compliance with the Bidding Documents of this RFB.
The submission of statements of qualifications and proposals is strictly voluntary on the part of the Proposers; the DBA accepts no responsibility to any Bidder for any costs of preparing and submitting a Bid in response to this RFB.
Statements of Qualifications and Proposals must be received and time stamped by the Receptionist at the DBA’s Detroit Public Safety Headquarters Offices no later than the Proposal Deadline indicated on Page 4.

The use of a joint venture is encouraged. Preference for the joint venture partner to be with a company familiar with the City of Detroit requirements and located in Detroit.
