It is the intent of this specification to describe window tinting services, labor, parts and materials, for the City of Detroit’s vehicles. These services shall include all window tinting services for the City of Detroit’s police vehicles, as needed. The vehicles to be serviced under this proposed contract(s) may consist of compact cars, station wagons, vans, small and/or medium size trucks, sports utility vehicles, and/or general service passenger cars.
