CD112223 - Downtown Wayfinding Project II

The Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP), through The City of Detroit Downtown Development Authority (DDA), is releasing an RFP to construct a pedestrian way finding system in the Downtown Detroit area at identified locations.

The selected contractor shall be required to coordinate all aspects of the design and fabrication of the wayfinding signage package and installation with the DDA, DDP, City of Detroit’s Buildings Safety Engineering and Environmental Department, all other City Departments with jurisdictional interests, Michigan Department of Transportation and the surrounding area property owners and residents.

Proposals submitted are to be solely in response to this invitation. The proposing contractor is responsible for the responsiveness and completeness of the proposal contents. Proposals submitted in accordance with the Instructions set forth in this RFP shall become the property of the DDA and DDP for the purposes of evaluating and selecting the most responsive proposal.
