Piggyback Contract

Description

To the Detroit Housing Commission (DHC) Annual Physical Inspection Services of an estimated 1,400 housing units using Universal Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) protocol. The contract will be for a term of one (1) year with option to renew for two (2) one (1) year option renewals per attached two (2) page specification. DHC reserves the right to add or delete locations and/or the number of units. The vendor must be familiar with using Yardi mobile inspection software; tablets will be provided by the Detroit Housing Commission and returned to DHC upon completion.

Please note: Inspections for Woodbridge Senior Village isn't needed this year. However, it will be needed going forward.
