RR-04062024 - RFP RR-04062024 KITCHENER BUNDLE (PREQUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTORS ONLY)

The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) requests proposals from pre-qualified general contractor vendors for the renovation of residential properties associated with this RFP. The intent of this RFP is to openly and responsibly procure the services of the eligible respondent. Proposals are due via upload to the BidNet website no later than 2:00 p.m., MAY 13, 2024. Proposals received by the due date and time will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 p.m. on MAY 13, 2024. Late proposals will not be accepted. Physical bid submissions will not be accepted. All responses must be submitted via the BidNet website. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered.

Bids will not be considered from firms not prequalified at the time of bid submission. Firms who desire to be prequalified by the Detroit Land Bank Authority may submit a completed prequalification packet no later than 1:00 p.m. on MAY 8, 2024, by email to procurment@detroitlandbank.org. A copy of the prequalification packet is attached to the RFP. The Detroit Land Bank Authority will only review and consider prequalification packets with all exhibits included. A decision on the prequalification status will be provided before the proposal's due date and time. Prequalification packets received AFTER 1:00 p.m. on MAY 8, 2024, will be considered but may not receive a decision before the bid due date and time. Only prequalification packets may be submitted via email. Responses to the RFP must be uploaded to the BidNet website.
