The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) seeks qualifications and quotations from qualified firms to provide Internal Audit Engagement Services. Submissions must be uploaded to the BidNet website in Adobe PDF format no later than 9:00 a.m. on September 16, 2024. Late submissions and physical bids will not be accepted. Interested parties should thoroughly review the bid document before submitting a response.

Questions about the RFQQ will be accepted via the BidNet website only until 2:00 p.m. on September 12, 2024. The DLBA will address questions received by this deadline via an addendum posted on the BidNet website. Responses to questions submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed. Phone calls and emails will not be accepted. All inquiries must be made via BidNet.
