Sealed proposals for the Biosolids PLC-5 Replacement Project will be received by the Downriver Utility Wastewater Authority until 1:00PM local time on Friday, July 12, 2024, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read.
Proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes marked with the name of the project and bidder. Sealed proposals shall contain both one hard copy and one digital copy on a USB flash drive. Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit.
