Work includes furnishing and installation of new seawall materials, rip rap, backfill and complete site restoration of any area disturbed by construction activities. Contractor is also responsible to provide the Township with an as built survey. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the date and time of bid opening. Work is to be substantially completed by April 1, 2023, and fully completed by June 1, 2023.

Please provide your quotation on the enclosed bid form. Sealed proposal envelopes must be clearly marked on the outside “Kayak Launch Seawall Bid”. Proposals must be addressed to the East China Township Park Commission, Attention: Sarah Blackstock at 5111 River Road, East China, MI 48054, and received no later than 2:30 PM, prevailing local time, Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or satisfactory bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the East China Park Commission, shall be submitted with each bid.
