Proposals are being solicited by Emmet County for the purpose of contracting with a licensed civil engineering and landscape architectural services associated with erosion control measures at the Emmet County Headlands Event Center and Lodge, 15675 Headlands Rd, Mackinaw City, MI 49701. The consulting firms will design and develop bid documents with plans, drawings, specifications and a detailed project construction cost estimate and construction cost oversight. The aim of this RFP is to contract with a qualified consulting firms who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. The consulting firms must have experience and qualifications to provide general SESC services.
