Piggyback Contract

Description

This contract will consist of all work necessary for the removal and disposal of Trees (alive or dead) within Emmet County. It will include providing all necessary traffic control, labor, materials, and equipment required to complete this task. The contractor will remove the designated trees and dispose of all debris including but not limited to trees, limbs, and brush, and grind the stumps. All stumps shall be sawn off just above ground level, unless instructed for them to be to the ground. The contractor without additional cost to the County shall fill holes in the ground caused by the removal of trees and stumps. Trees are to be taken down within ten (10) working days of notification.
