Summary of Specifications:
Farmington Public Schools will accept sealed bids for Laptop Computers and Computer Cart #907 as described in the attached specifications at the
Lewis Schulman Administration Center 32500 Shiawassee Farmington, Michigan 48336-2363
All bids must be received by the Farmington Public Schools Purchasing Department, as designee of the Board of Education, no later than 1:30 P.M. (EST) on Monday, March 24, 2014 (bid closing) at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Purchasing Department will make a recommendation to the Board of Education who will award or reject the bids at their next regularly scheduled meeting. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic or facsimile proposals will be considered. No proposals will be considered after the time of closing of bids.
All bids must include a signed “Familial Relationship Disclosure”.
All bids must include a signed “Iran Linked Business Affidavit”. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the bid; to accept or reject any or all bids; to award the bid in part or in total; to waive any informalities therein; or for any reason, to award the contract to other than the low bidder. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded.
Prices bid are to be F.O.B. Farmington, Michigan. All purchases are to be exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request.
All bids shall be firm for sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. For bids to be considered they must meet or exceed all specifications herein.
