Sealed proposals for SNOW & ICE CONTROL ABRASIVES will be received by the Genesee County Road Commission until 1:00 P.M. on August 6, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Genesee County Road Commission Administration Building – 1st Floor Boardroom located at 211 West Oakley Street, Flint, Michigan 48503.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Due to the Genesee County Road Commission facilities being temporarily closed to the public, this Notice to Bidders is being issued to clarify the procedures for this Bid Opening.  Sealed bids can be mailed or will be received at the front door of the Administration Building, 211 W. Oakley Street, Flint, MI 48503 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020.  Request for other arrangements can be discussed with Stephanie Jaeger, Purchasing Administrator at (810) 767-4920 ext. 271 or sjaeger@gcrc.org.  Instruction to listen to the bids as they are read aloud via conference call are as follows:
