A mandatory, in-person pre-bid meeting will be held on site (in the field at the Amphitheater Block, Flint, MI 48502) on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM (EST). After walking the core blocks, meeting attendees will return to Wade Trim's office at 555 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, MI 48502 to address any questions and to conclude the meeting. All Contractors submitting a bid must attend the mandatory prebid meeting and arrive within a reasonable time following the start of the meeting. This meeting will afford Contractors the opportunity to obtain information about this project and ask any questions directly related to this solicitation. An attendance sheet will be provided and shall serve as the official document verifying attendance. Failure to attend this meeting shall result in disqualification of a Contractor’s bid.
