RFP-CC-14-031 - MOUND ORV PARK PROJECT

Summary of Specifications:
The Genesee County Parks and Recreation Commission is seeking the submittal of a proposal and qualifications from consulting engineering firms to provide engineering services, including consulting and design, for the proposed construction of a Contact Station, Storage Building and Parking Lot Expansion located at Mounds ORV Park in Genesee County. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Office of the Genesee County Parks and Recreation Commission, 5045 Stanley Rd., Flint, MI 48506 on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. (EST). This will be the time for prospective proposers to ask questions directly related to this RFP. Failure to arrive at the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit within a reasonable time following the start of the meeting, shall be grounds for being deemed non-responsive.
