General Building and Site Construction – The consultant shall provide complete
construction services for the above referenced project including (but not limited to) permitting
coordination, general conditions, sitework, utility extensions for the proposed new 2,400 square foot
single story wood frame post & timber frame structure with a poured concrete foundation and concrete
slab on grade floor with a unisex toilet room, utility room, general electrical, plumbing and mechanical
work for a complete job.
