GTB 2022-002 - Manufactured Home

Contractor to provide new large double wide four bedroom/2.5 bath manufactured home, which includes appliances, heating/cooling, skirting, and steps. The contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, installation, excavating, foundation work, plot survey, permitting, and utility connections. The purchased manufactured home shall be delivered and set-up in Peshawbestown, MI and will require all documentation and permits required to comply with local, state, federal, and Tribal codes and regulations. It is the intent of GTB to purchase a complete turn-key project to include the purchase, delivery, and set-up of manufactured home and hook-up of utilities in accordance with below scope of work.
