Contractor to provide new four to five bedroom, two bath modular home, placed on a crawl space.
The contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, installation, plot survey, permitting, and utility connections. The purchased modular home shall be delivered and set-up in Antrim County, MI and will require all documentation and permits required to comply with local, state, federal, and Tribal codes and regulations. It is the intent of GTB to purchase a complete turn-key project to include the purchase, delivery, and set-up of modular home and hook-up of utilities in accordance with below scope of work.
