Additional Bidding Instructions

Interested contractors must, at a minimum, provide the following information:

Approach:
- Describe the extent to how you will be performing the required work.
- Lead paint remediation strategies (If Applicable)

- Intention to use scaffolding, lifts, or a combination
- Window caulking
Schedule: Provide an estimated project schedule to complete the scope of work described above.
Provide three prior building painting projects completed in the past three years. The list includes contact information, type of buildings painted, and overall cost of each project.
- Price: It is the Grand Traverse Band’s intent to select a contractor for the site that will, in the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians sole determination, provide the best proposal at the least cost.
- Price must include any/all fees related to the project requirements.
- Contractors are requested to submit (2) copies of the proposal.
- Proposal must include pricing to paint the exterior of the following buildings:
  - Government Annex building 2601 N.W. Bayshore Dr.
  - Administration Building 2605 N.W. Bayshore Dr.
  - Accounting building 2631 N.W. Bayshore Dr.
  - GTB Government Storage 2649 N.W. Bayshore Dr.
- Statement of Warranties and Guarantees.
