Description

GTB is looking to contract a Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for Benzie, Leelanau, Grand Traverse, Antrim, Manistee, and Charlevoix counties area to provide psychiatric services for GTB Behavioral Health Services clients at the Medicine Lodge in Leelanau County or via a zoom telehealth platform. If applicable, the Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner can provide services to more than one location. Licensed psychiatric services will be provided in the Leelanau County GTB BHS office or via the secure zoom telehealth platform. The contract will run from dates from October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, with an option to extend one additional year.
