2023-036 - SCAO Certified Spanish Interpreter

The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTB) Tribal Court is soliciting contractual-service proposals for a State Court Administrator’s Office (SCAO) Certified Spanish Interpreter to provide Spanish interpretation services, in the Tribal Court for one (1) year (FY'2024), (effective on Oct. 1, 2023 and end on Sept. 30, 2024).  One (1) individual will be selected to enter into a contract to provide Spanish interpretation services for GTB Tribal Court cases/individuals, on an as needed basis, either in-person, ZOOM or telephone conferencing-in, within the Tribe’s jurisdiction.  The Individual must be familiar with general Court proceedings.  The Individual will be required to interpret between Spanish-Speaking Tribal Court clients and the Court.
