RFP #2425-9253 - GRCC AI Chatbot

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure a robust and intuitive AI chatbot tool which will allow GRCC to focus on improving recruitment. The tool must be capable of providing accurate, timely, and user-friendly responses to student inquiries related to Financial Aid, Admissions, and Information Technology (IT). The selected chatbot solution should support and enhance the student experience for existing and prospective students by offering 24/7 support, streamlining access to critical information, and reducing the workload on administrative staff. The tool must be capable of integrating with existing systems, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and delivering a scalable, reliable service that meets the evolving needs of our student body.
