Description

Grand Rapids Community College requests qualified Architecture/Engineering (A/E) firms to submit a proposal for full Architectural and Engineering design services associated with GRCC construction and renovation activities.

Submitted proposals will be used by the Architectural Selection Committee for the purpose of evaluating professional A/E firms interested in providing full services for design and construction administration on various GRCC construction, renovation, and repair projects.

This agreement will commence on or before July 1, 2025 and expire on June 30, 2026.

The agreement is renewable each year thru June 30, 2025 at the discretion of Grand Rapids Community College Director of Purchasing.
