RFI #2425-2037 - GRCC Food Service Management

Grand Rapids Community College is soliciting information from qualified food service management providers for the operation of the college’s food services, with the objective of obtaining a selection of the highest quality products, selections and services for our students and other customers, at the most affordable prices. For the purposes of this RFI, providers are to consider:
● Operation of the Raider Grille, Sneden Cafe’ and the Quiet Cafe’
● Required preschool food services to the Early Childhood Learning Laboratory
● Campus catering on Main and DeVos campus
● Additionally, GRCC is interested in establishing self-service smart market options at Tassell MTEC and the Learning Resource Center (pending renovation completion in fall 2026).
