REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Henry Ford College hereby invites the submission of proposals from qualified and experienced Construction Management Firms to provide professional services for the construction of the Southeast Michigan Student Success Center (SEMSSC) and related renovations. The services provided must comply with the specifications of this RFP. Please submit a Notice of Intent form (see Appendix E) by August 22, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

A mandatory bidders’ conference will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Forfa Auditorium in Building L, Room L-101, at Henry Ford College, 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn, Michigan. Bid documents are available for download at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/hfcc.

The college will receive proposals electronically until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024 at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/hfcc, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Office of the Purchasing Director, 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn, MI 48128. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Henry Ford College BidNet Direct website (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/hfcc). The right to reject any and/or all proposals is reserved. The college will not consider or accept a response received after the date and time specified above.

Proposal submittals shall remain in effect for a minimum of 120 days from proposal’s due date and may be subject to further extensions as negotiated.
