Description

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority (HCMA) is soliciting proposals for a Drone Show at Kensington Metropark as part of our Blue Moon on the Beach Concert scheduled for August 2nd, 2025. The contract resulting from this RFP shall be for a term of one year with the option to renew for an additional year upon mutual agreement. HCMA would reserve the right to select an alternative date, time, drone show theme, and location for the second year. The budget for the second year would be the same as year one.
