The Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority (HCMA) is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified professional consulting firms to provide the following services: Develop a Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) for HCMA that provides a comprehensive review and analysis of the existing stormwater system at each park as well as a prioritized plan for maintenance and improvement throughout the Authority. The SWMP shall contain all components required to receive funding for the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) Stormwater, Asset Management, and Wastewater (SAW) Grant.
