ITP is seeking proposals for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform that aligns with its core needs with minimal customization. Currently, the agency manages customer interactions through a variety of desktop applications and isolated systems, lacking a unified CRM solution. The primary goal of this initiative is to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and bolster internal communication. Respondents should review the requirements detailed in Section 2: Scope of Work and submit a response in conformance with the proposal submittal requirements shown in Section 3: Submittal Requirements.
