Description

Lansing Community College is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to execute a building demolition and site restoration at Capital Region International Airport. Located at the Capital Region International Airport, this project’s primary function is the removal of existing buildings and site elements and restoration of the site. The scope includes demolition and site restoration. The successful Bidder will need to coordinate delivery and installation as outlined in the attached specifications. The Contractor will coordinate all work and activities with the A/E firm (MAYOTTEgroup Architects) and LCC. Specifications and Drawings prepared by NTH Consultants, Ltd. and MAYOTTEgroup Architects, dated October 2, 2023.
