**DO NOT CALL BUYER - Send ALL questions by April 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. to: lynne@lcc.edu** This RFP is for qualified contractors to remove and replace damaged or deteriorated concrete flatwork and provide concrete foundation work for exterior site structures and masonry repairs. Work will include earth work, concrete work and landscape work along with brick paver work and masonry repairs to face brick veneers and CMU. The contractor shall provide all materials and parts to install. Included in the proposal, the Contractor will provide for the installation of all units, supply all tools and equipment to successfully complete the work. The Contractor will include demolition, removal, and disposal of any existing equipment and/or materials deemed necessary for a complete installation. This contract will also include projects that the College will have designed and use the unit pricing to accomplish the task.
