The scope of services will consist of individual tasks to be determined and requested during the contract period. The type of work may include but not limited to: installation and repair of wiring and electrical systems which includes remodeling and new construction. Inspection of wiring, circuit breakers and transformers. Read blueprints and electrical riser diagrams to ensure code compliance. Install, repair, and trouble shoot electrical systems, fixtures, lighting systems, security systems, building controls and fire detection systems. Install, repair, and monitor the following ranges of the National Electric Code (NEC) classifications: EQUIPMENT – standard, low industrial, and medium industrial voltages, SYSTEMS – low distribution, medium distribution, and high distributions voltage, and TRANSMISSION – low, medium, and high voltage.
Contractors may provide a wide range of resources and expertise to LCC, under the direction of authorized personnel from Administrative Services. Contractor shall perform all professional and technical services necessary to comply with applicable state and/or federal statues, regulations, and policies.
