Plans and specifications may be obtained at the Livingston County Road Commission (LCRC) office,
3535 Grand Oaks Drive, Howell, Michigan for a non-refundable fee of $25.00, by mail for an additional
$5.00 postage and handling, or electronically via the Bidnet Direct Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade
Network (MITN). All proposals must be physically submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the
bidder and a notation indicating the project on which bid is submitted. A certified or cashier’s check on
an open solvent bank shall be submitted with each individual bid in the amount of $10,000.00 payable to
the Livingston County Road Commission for Item No.1.
The LCRC officially distributes bid documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network
(MITN). Copies of documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only
those vendors who obtain documents from the MITN system are guaranteed access to receive
addendum information if such information is issued. If you obtained this document from a source other
than MITN, it is recommended that you register on the MITN site, www.mitn.info and obtain an official
copy and any addenda. The LCRC reserves the right to use any other method of distributing bid
information; however, any additional method of distribution will also direct vendors to MITN.
