Description

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and resulting contract is to select a Certified Lead Professional to conduct Lead Inspections, Lead Risk Assessments and Lead Clearances for single-family properties built prior to 1978 on an as-needed basis. The lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments and lead hazard evaluations must comply with the United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations.

These inspections will be conducted in the 21 communities participating in the Macomb “Urban County” Community Block Grant program in addition to the 3 member communities of the Macomb HOME Consortium (Roseville, Sterling Heights, and Clinton Township).
