RFB-76-14 - Emergency Medical Dispatch and Call Taker Software

Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of all necessary work to install, configure, train and provide necessary supplies to allow dispatchers to utilize Emergency Medical Dispatch dispatching procedures. 

We are seeking a supplier to provide an integrated call handling solution to support single service or multi service calls for Police, Fire or Emergency Medical Dispatch Protocol ( EMD) for our current 15 dispatch work stations. This solution shall be flexible to build out their protocols according to local policies and procedures in house. This proposal will include all protocol flip cards, protocol software, training, installation and configuration of the software that incorporates all three platforms into one system. The protocol shall be provided in both a software version as well as hard card sets for each workstation. It is preferred to have live training for dispatch personnel (71 total) as an option to on-line training. Our current CAD operating system is the Enterprise.net platform provided by New World Systems. We will also require an interface between the New World system and your proposed software program. The bid shall also include a minimum of five extra sets of hard flip cards in the event of loss or damage
