Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of providing labor, material, equipment, supervision and means required to remove the existing T-12 fluorescent lamps from interior light fixtures and installing energy efficient light emitting diode(LED) or T-8 fluorescent retrofit kits at Mount Clemens Health Center and Southeast Health Center.
