The project consists of Site Clearing, Earthwork, Installation of Water Control Structures, Compacted Aggregate Pavements, Dry Laid Stone Seat Walls, Site Furnishings, Seeding, Landscape Planting, Cast In Place Concrete, Construction of Boardwalk and Overlook Platform, Construction of Tern Nesting Platforms, and Algal Mat Removal in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by ASTI Enviornmental, Hamilton Anderson Associates and Applied Science, Inc.
