Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) announces a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Specialized Residential Services from qualified vendors to provide Specialized Residential services to adult (age 18 and above) who are diagnosed Developmental Disabilities, Serious Mental Illness and persons who may be dually diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder. Individual served will be provided with an opportunity to live in a setting which is as independent as possible and in line with Federal Rule, Home and Community Based Services, with proper support.
